Refund Policy

MangoTyping donations are voluntary contributions intended to help support hosting, domains, infrastructure, development, and operation of the project. A contribution is not a purchase of typing scores, rankings, subscriptions, or guaranteed benefits.

Payment processing

Donations may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider configured for the service. The provider processes payment credentials. MangoTyping may keep the amount, payment/order identifiers, status, timestamp, and account association needed for reconciliation and support. MangoTyping does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV/CVC, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

General refund approach

Voluntary donations are generally non-refundable. This does not remove any refund, reversal, chargeback, consumer-protection, payment-system, payment-network, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refunds or corrections may be considered or required for duplicate payments, technical errors, a payment charged even though an order failed, unauthorised transactions, accidental transactions, or situations required by applicable law or provider rules.

How to ask about a payment

For a payment issue, contact support@mangotyping.fun with the order or payment identifier, transaction date, and amount. Never send a full card number, CVV/CVC, UPI PIN, bank password, or account password.

Refund processing

Where a refund is approved or required, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or another lawful method supported by the provider. The time for funds to arrive depends on the provider, bank, card network, UPI system, or other financial institution involved.

Fraud and disputes

We may investigate suspicious, duplicated, unauthorised, or abusive transactions and share necessary details with payment providers or authorities where legally required or permitted.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the payment process, service, or applicable law changes. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived continue to apply.
